2027 Summer Camp Financial Obligations - Acknowledgement #1:

$50 Initial non-refundable Deposit due by Nov. 18th or when spots are full.

 -- If registered before/on November 18, Total cost is $800 per camper.

NOV. 18 / At Time of Registration: $50 Initial Deposit

DEC. 1st payment of $50 is due

JAN. 1st payment of $150 is due

FEB. 1st payment of $200 is due

MAR. 1st payment of $200 is due

APR. 1st payment of $150 is due

For youth who wait to register, the cost per camper increases as follows:

Between Nov. 18-Dec. 1, the cost is per camper is 825 dollars.

Between Dec. 1-Jan. 1, the cost is per camper is 1000 dollars.

Between Jan. 1-Feb. 1, the cost is per camper is 1375 dollars.

Between Feb. 1-Mar. 1, the cost is per camper is 1500 dollars.  ——|||——

And, for youth who choose not to participate in 0% of the fundraisers, the cost per camper is 1750 dollars.

2027 Summer Camp Monies - Acknowledgement #2:  I confirm that I have read and understand that submitting the 50 dollar non-refundable deposit to attend Summer Camp 2027 reserves a space for my child to attend summer camp.  

If, after registering my child[ren] for Summer Camp 2027, my child can no longer attend, I forfeit any and all monies contributed.  

I understand that my forfeited deposit and accumulated camp payments will be applied to remaining camp balances for other families.

2027 Summer Camp Meetings:

Sunday's, 4:30-5:15pm -- in the Teen Center.  

A parent & the youth attending summer camp are REQUIRED to attend the Summer Camp meetings.

JAN. 10 -- New Camp Families 

FEB. 21 -- Life Teen Camp Families

APR. 11 -- EDGE Camp Families

MAY 16 -- All Camp Families

2027 Summer Camp Fundraisers - Acknowledgement #4 ||

I confirm that I have read and understand that our participation in all of the 2027 Summer Camp Fundraisers is necessary for my child[ren] to receive a portion of the monies raised to attend and participate in ST. HELEN SUMMER CAMP.  And, if my child[ren] chooses not to participate in the 2027 Summer Camp fundraisers, my financial obligation may be up to an additional 950 dollars per child to attend and participate in 2027 Summer Camp.
